Brya Zan is a fast + casual Thai restaurant featuring Southeast Asia’s most beloved stir-fried dishes and snacks, including Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pineapple Fried Rice, alongside a selection of Malai-brewed craft beers, signature teas, iced coffee, and frozen cocktails. Order online, or choose between the self-service kiosks or friendly counter staff in the restaurant.

Created by Braden and Yasmin Wages, and inspired by the success of Malai Kitchen, Brya Zan was created to give guests easier, quicker access to the dishes they crave most, made to order from the freshest ingredients. Every dish can be infinitely modified to make a personalized meal to accommodate any allergy or preference.
We recommend ordering online for quicker service upon arrival, or take advantage of the mobile order drive-through lane. For those able to stay a while, we invite you to enjoy our lively dining room, bar seating, or open-air patio.
